The space
Haven in the heights is a one bedroom apartment located in an old historic brick building that sits centrally in crown heights. This apartment is located on the third floor. This is a three floor walk up as there aren’t any elevators in the building. Once you enter the apartment you will walk into a fully furnished and renovated one bedroom apartment with an open floor plan. There is central heating which is controlled by the building and two window air conditioners, one located on the living room and the other located in the bedroom. Enjoy a wide variety of entertainment with smart tv’s in the apartment. One located in the living room and the other located in the bedroom. Towels and linens are included and a fully equipped kitchen.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Other things to note
Please note that this is an old building located in crown heights. There are no elevators in the building. Please be prepared to walk up three flights of steps. The surrounding area includes multiple residential houses, 5 min walk to the train station, a day care, convenient stores, laundry mat and a few take out restaurants.

- No Smoking in the apartment.
- When checking out make sure there is no food in the refrigerator or microwave.
- Do not move any furniture.
- Be sure to inspect and repot any damages to property prior to checkout.
- Any damages occurred during your stay will result in a damage fee.
- No pets allowed
- No parties or events allowed
- Turn off all the lights, Lock the doors and put the keys back in the lockbox. We will take care of the rest.
